Nestled behind the Primrose Inn & Suites is our RV Park, one of Chino Valley's premier destination RV parks, perfect for those who want to stay for a weekend or enjoy a longer stay. Offering, nightly (2 night minimum), weekly, or monthly extended stay.
Nightly Minimum on Holidays:
Minimum of 3 night stay required during the following holidays; Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
RV spaces all feature full hook-ups and most include mature trees providing shade. Spaces are back-in, all are 50 amp electrical service, and include water, sewer & trash. Direct TV optional.
We offer two RV space types, Standard and Premium. Standard RV spaces are designed with a small patio and yard space area, these spaces are back-in only, most feature mature elm shade trees, and granite yard landscape. Premium spaces feature newly designed pads with Pavestone pavers offering a generous sized RV pad, patio, storage shed and vehicle parking.

Check-In Time: 3:00 P.M - Check-Out Time: 11:00 A.M. All guests are required to register in the office before pulling into an RV space. Please do not arrive early unless you have received authorization with on-site manager, as we do not have overflow parking. Office hours 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. It is recommended that arrival be no later than dusk as the park does not have lighting at RV space. Late Check-Out?: Based on availability, may not be available on weekends Fee is $25.00 with a departure time of 3:00 P.M. instead of 11:00 A.M.
CANCELLATION: Cancel by 11:00 AM MST at least 48 hours prior to date of arrival to avoid a one night cancellation charge. Holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) required 72 hrs notice.

PAYMENTS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex. Reservation for RV space must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. To change, modify or cancel a reservation, please contact us via phone at (928) 636-2894 during business hours, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
RV LENGTH & TYPE: Our spaces can accommodate a variety of RV’s up to 50ft, self contained RV’s, no older than 15 years or at management's discretion and may request current photo of unit prior to check-in. No generators, all RV's must hookup to park's electric utility. Spaces are assigned by management based on RV size, type and age. (Tent camping or sleeping in vehicles is not permitted.)
SPACE AMENITIES: Premium RV space includes Water, Sewer, and Electric, pavestone RV pad and patio with bistro table and 2 chairs. Light usage of WIFI is available but not guaranteed as coverage can occasionally be spotty.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Spaces are based on 1-2 persons per night. $10.00 additional charge per night for any additional guests over the age of 12 who stay overnight.
DISCOUNTS: We are not affiliated with any discount programs or membership groups.
OBSERVE QUIET TIME; 10 P.M.to 7 A.M. Policy is monitored closely. Violators will be asked to leave without a refund.
CAMPFIRES: No wood burning fires permitted. We allow cooking using propane gas or Charcoal grills and use of propane Fire-pit. Spaces do not have barbecues. Violation of policy will result in termination of reservation without refund.
PET POLICY: Two (2) dogs maximum. Maximum weight limit is 50lbs Dogs must remain leashed at all times, please do not allow dog(s) to roam loose, even within your space. Dogs cannot be left outside unattended (Guest must be physically outside with dog and not inside the RV). Excessive barking and/or aggression will not be accepted and owner must ensure dog is under control throughout stay. Violation of pet policy will result in termination of reservation without refund.
WEEKLY/DAILY RV SPACE : Our dedicated short term space(s) will not accommodate guests who wish to stay long term. Application must be submitted to management to request availability for guests interested in staying long-term.
RV SPACE USE: Space use is intended for overnight or weekly stays. Storage sheds, tarps, fences, storage bins, clotheslines, refrigerators/freezers, internal or external generators, portable pools or spas are not permitted. No clothing items can be “hung out” to dry in or around the RV. Do not hang items from trees. Space accommodates one vehicle. Additional vehicles or ATV's may require storage fee charge. Please do not park in community open space, empty RV spaces, in main driveway or anywhere except the designated RV parking space. Washing or Maintenance (oil changes, tire changes etc.) of RV’s and/or other vehicles at your space is prohibited. Violation of policy will result in termination of reservation without refund.
DAMAGES/LIABILITY: Registered RV guest(s) are financially responsible for any damage caused to property, intentional or accidental. Damages or defacement of park's utility systems, septic/sewer systems and/or park property will be charged/invoiced on credit card for repair or replacement and will be cause for immediate eviction and/or prosecution. Management will not be held responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of property by acts of God, fire, theft, rain, hail, or wind, and the like.
