Nestled under the elm trees, the Primrose Inn's Garden Courtyard is the perfect choice to host your intimate wedding event. With eight beautiful rooms and suites for wedding guests and the bridal party, the Primrose offers courtyard rental packages that include a two night stay for the wedding couple in one of our suites and three rental options from short and sweet to an all out two day rental for your rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception! You choose your vendors and caterer to create your perfect day!

All Out Wedding Celebration

Enjoy a two day Courtyard Rental for your rehearsal dinner, ceremony & reception!

· Rehearsal dinner courtyard rental (6 hours)

· A rehearsal toast for the bride and groom, 4 bottles of bubbly & outdoor flute glasses. 

· An exclusive full day use of the courtyard on the day of the wedding.

· Customized wedding signage placed at entrance of courtyard 

· 2 night stay in the luxurious Casita Suite for the wedding couple 

· Early Check-in on day of arrival ( 2:00 pm ) for the bride and groom room.

· Late check out on day of departure ( 12:00pm ) for the bride and groom room.

· Special customized bridal signage on the wedding couple's room door.

· Wedding night Romance Package for the couple: We'll set a romantic scene with an in-room bottle of bubbly, two toasting flutes, a decadent chocolate treat, a bouquet of flowers, and a romantic flameless candle with two cozy robes to use during the stay.

Package Details:

*Packages requires all 8 rooms to be booked for 2 consecutive nights, night before and night of wedding. *Maximum wedding and/or rehearsal dinner guest size is 30 persons

*Rooms must be guaranteed by reserving party; rooms may be paid for by your individual guests.

*Discounted guest room rates available for guests with signed sales contract in advance.

*You choose your own outside vendors and caterer. 

*Guest Rooms: charged no later than 30 days prior to event. 

*Venue Package Fees due 50% at time of signing contract, remaining 50% due 6 months prior to date of event, or due in full at signing of contract if less than 6 months prior to date of event.

*Ceremony site includes use of courtyard during hotel's specified times on day as listed on contract for wedding/rehearsal dinner, and existing patio chairs and seating, covered pergola/bar area, fire-pit, heater, and restroom facility.

*Catering company must provide cooking, heating and cooling equipment for all catered events. Primrose facility is not setup with commercial kitchen or commercial food preparation equipment.

*Courtyard Cleaning Fee Included in all packages

*$500 refundable Security/Damage Deposit

*Package Pricing does not include applicable sales tax.
