Primrose Inn's Information & Response to COVID-19
At the Primrose Inn & Suites, we’re committed to helping our team, our Inn & RV guests, as well as the community we serve during this time of COVID-19. We are following state and county government guidelines and recommendations. We have implemented strict disinfecting and cleaning guidelines for our staff to follow to ensure their safety as well as the safety of our guests. The disinfecting process is being conducted throughout the day after any contact with persons coming into the office, the restrooms and courtyard areas.
We are providing:
· Curb side check-in available, please call prior to arrival for a staff member to come to your vehicle.
· Sanitation of all surfaces throughout the property.
· Room remotes sanitized and bagged.
· Courtyard Coffee Bar and outdoor restroom sanitized throughout the day.
· For Extra protection for our guests & staff - optional housekeeping during stay. Guests who choose not to have a tidy clean during extended stays, simply let us know at check-in and we will not provide room tidying, cleaning will be done after check-out. Fresh linens and amenity needs will be provided upon request.
With our RV community we have integrated new policy and contact options. We have asked our RV community to contact the office via phone, email or drive up in order to limit person-to-person contact. We have also installed a drop-box option for payments.
We urge everyone to take care of themselves and their families, check on your neighbors, encourage each other, stay home if your job permits or you are sick, find new ways to stay social through phone calls and the internet and pray for our people and nation.
